A coaching brand and athlete network built for every stage of the game — from first touch to elite competitor, closing the gap between clubs and raising the culture of the sport for every athlete.
Coach Nahla built the VBall Network around a simple idea: the sport gets stronger when every athlete — beginner, varsity starter, or club competitor — has a real path to get better, and a culture worth being part of. This isn't a club roster. It's a coaching brand and training philosophy designed to grow into clinics, private lessons, and partnerships that serve the whole volleyball community.
Coach Nahla played four years of varsity volleyball at MOT Charter High School before continuing her career at Delaware Technical Community College. Her coaching path began as an assistant for a 16U club team — an experience that showed her firsthand how disconnected and unwelcoming volleyball culture can be for young athletes. Too many talented players get boxed out by club politics, cliques, and gatekeeping before they ever get a real shot to develop, and that experience became the spark for the VBall Network: a mission to close that gap, build a healthier and more supportive culture across the sport, and give every athlete — no matter their team or level — a network that actually wants to see them grow.
That mission is already in motion. Coach Nahla coaches for Attain Volleyball Academy, extending her services and coaching philosophy across multiple club teams — proof that fundamentals, game IQ, and a culture-first mindset can travel with an athlete no matter which program they're on. The VBall Network is the next step: turning that same approach into clinics, private lessons, camps, and a growing community built for every skill level, not just the athletes already inside the system.
